Should be no different than swapping any other OEM fog for an aftermarket unit. Once the rigid is removed from the truck, it's the same as any other truck.

Dis. If he wanted to swap out his Rigids though I'm sure he could find PLENTY of takers on here with a little cash on their side of course

Thank you! I think I'm sold on DD SS3s, but now have to work on sport vs. pro. I like hard cut off and wide angle for snow. But at least it is narrowing! ;)

yeah im also torn between sports and pros.

im waiting for @crashnburn80 's review before i pull the trigger on one

Does the extreme "hand-melting" heat from the pros decrease LED life? Are the pros that much brighter than the sports? Do we benefit from a taller beam from the pros when all it'll do is fall beneath the hood line where it isn't useable? Will Goku ever defeat Cell?

You're welcome to come by and check them out in person!

The lights are warrantied for 8 years, I cannot say if the Sports would last longer that the Pro, but I personally like hot lights for the PNW environment to fight icing. I ran my G4s in the snow and once the snow started sticking they were not effective, which is no surprise with their super highly efficient reflector design. One of my main uses for fogs is bad snow on the pass at night, so if the light is not effective under those conditions it isn't much use for my specific use case. If you were in a climate that snow was a non-issue that wouldn't matter. One of the things I like about the D-series and G4 is the taller pattern than most others on the market, they are taller than the SS3 Sport, but the SS3 Pro is a bit taller than the D-series. I don't see being taller than the D-series as a big benefit, as I mentioned as the additional height is lost below the hood line. I have not yet tested vehicle mounting the SS3s to see if there is a difference that is noticeable in pattern height between the Sport vs Pro from the cab. The Sport pattern is a bit taller than products like Morimoto which I have felt are too short of a pattern.

Got the SS3 pros on, did not have time to aim or adjust them. Will do that in the morning on a wall at work

Too late I bought the Sport model today. Should be more than enough, plus I drive with them on a lot where I live. I will give them the snow test @crashnburn80 when I get them mounted. Should be just in time for freezing weather

I already have the SS3 pros coming. But had I been a little more rational, the Baja Designs aren’t that bad. Drove in some fog and heavy rain and they did make a difference over the stock fogs. Can’t keep both pairs and the SS3 is definitely going to be brighter. But had they not come out, I could have gotten use to these. Just my .02.

Truck was 7-8 feet from wall. Headlights are D2S projectors with 5500 Kelvin bulbs

Pretty sure they were the diode dynamic SS3 Pros. A earlier post said he got this on but didn’t have time to adjust.

I was wondering earlier as well.

As far as the company “NEO Motorsport Garage” goes, I ran a couple groups buys, the mods said that is fine, and then ended up banning me for a week and blocking my links when I asked to become official vendor and didn’t post a for sale thread right because I didn’t want to open a brand new product up even though the BST rules doesn’t state everything has to be open box.

y’all can check our reviews and look us up on IG. I’ve been building Toyota’s and Raptors for almost 10 years on the side but made my business official 1 year ago exactly. I’m going to assume a few other vendors didn’t like that and started some stuff. Let’s not mention the other vendors that aren’t official and have no issues.

if anyone has any questions let me know.

Thanks. I ordered last week from you and got my shipping notification today. You also quickly followed up with an email and question of mind. Seems like good customer service to me.
