    I am glad to hear from you that switching out to the 3.5 intake was remedy for the otherwise lean conditions at WOT. It's nice to see I picked up some boost in the process as well. :)

    I am excited to drive it again today during the warmer ambient temps. To see what if any changes. Once I run coolant lines to the turbo, I know that will induce some added heat. Won't be until I am through fiddling around with the exhaust mods I have though.

    Quite the interesting conundrum. Is there a signal modifier that would work?

    Yeah, I was quite surprised this was an issue.

    The '09-'11 trucks feed the coolant temp gauge in the cluster from a dedicated analog out from the ECU whereas the '12+ trucks it's using the CAN Bus.

    It appears that the 12+ trucks are using a specific bit address on the Bus for the gauge which is independent from the coolant temp bit that any kind of monitor/gauge would read.

    I have started to procure some of the hardware/software needed to snif on the CAN Bus and see if I can't figure out and make sense of what's going on.

    That was the one thing I was concerned about. Curious about where it would mount. If its under a skid then its a mute point but the inline may make more sense for offroad trucks.

    67° ambient. 60 to 70 mph. The coolant temps fluctuated between 161 to 166. Mainly steady at 163°.

    Cannot with this particular switch, which came from Ron Davis. Only of I wire one or both fans into the Haltech. We'll see.

    Even with the thick intercooler in front of the radiator, it still cools off very quickly, compared to before. Need to see how it acts with long idling times.

    well, i may hold a new record for tacomas. thought i couldnt solve my driveline vibes, but did. it was masked by other harmonics. i managed to destroy my front wheel bearings in 53k miles. Drives perfect now. thanks @12TRDTacoma for tips.

    Unfortunately in your case no sir. The issue @12TRDTacoma was facing was a bit different than what you're facing.

    @12TRDTacoma was maxing out his MAF as evidenced by the flatline as RPM's continue to rise (and the fact the logged MAF voltage is 5.00v)

    I do think it would be interesting to see what would happen on your setup though. If you'd like to try the 3.5" setup, I'll be more than happy to take care of the MAF re-calibration.

    Ok, With the cams here waiting to go in and better exhaust stuff planned, Do I go 3.5" or 4"? Obviously I'll be doing a larger throttle body too.
