I’ll guarantee your biceps are 2” bigger than mine. I’m only impressive from the waist down, minus my itty bitty peepee

You're not the only "average" one in here.

Bench session this morning went good. Matched my old PR, went up smoother than last time. Pumped, added 10 lbs to the bar, probably should of went 5, and went again. Met a mental wall on the lift. Watching the video, I gave up too early on it. Kinda disappointed, but glad my old PR moved the way it did.

Moving on to next week, I've been looking to doing 5/3/1 and haven't heard anything bad about it from a few guys at work.

What’s your stats? Weight? Height? PR? Age?

I’ve learned that if you post vids in here, a lot of these assholes have solid advice on how to better your form and move more weight.

Not bad numbers at all! We basically are the same height and weight. Little age difference but our numbers aren’t too far apart either.

Thanks, I'm getting to be one of the "old" guys at work but could outdo probably 75% of my coworkers. But you're only as old as you feel and I feel quite young.
