Been a gap in posts but definitely not a gap in progress. Finished up the build 2 days before my trip. This is where we are....

    Equipment/Mods

    EZAwn TTop1400
Prinsu Roof rack with maxtrax and pelican full of recovery gear.
    Rigid Fog Lights
    Rigid Back Up Lights
    Rigid Midnight RDS
    SPOD
    inReach Explorer
ARB Twin Air with front and rear chucks
    Exhaust Reroute
RCI Trans (modified) and T case skids
    Dual Battery System
    Fire Extinguishers
Rear Dif breather under the hood
    Front Air locker
    456 Yukon gears
    ARB Fridge
    Pelican Cooler
    Zodi Shower
    Camp Chef stove

And the list goes on...... I will get more in depth photos once I am actually home from the trip but here is a few.

    Exhaust re route
    IMG_3297.jpg

    Trans Skid
Had to cut it down and tap it so I could mount it to the All Pro IFS skid
    IMG_3299.jpg

Dual battery fully wired. Temp box for trip purposes

    IMG_3306.jpg
    IMG_3308.jpg

    Driver and Passenger Fire Extinguishers

Using the floor mat screws to hold down a steel base plate I made.

    IMG_3304.jpg

Extinguisher mount is bolted dow to the steel plate which is bolted down using the floor fat screws. Extremely sturdy, 6k miles and rough terrain and they have not loosened up.

I'll update the build here soon but here's some pics from my big trip. All said and done, performance was fantastic.

Love this build, how's your ARB fridge hooked up back there? Do you just leave it there permanently?

I ran the wiring through the frame up to the side cubby.
    IMG_3434.jpg

Took the feet off the fridge and ran bolts to plywood which is then bolted to the bed. Gets the job done for now until I get a sliding tray built. It comes out in about 5min.

Never seem to get on get on here but it's time to update.

Built a fridge and table slide a couple months ago.

All aluminum from a local metal supplier and the 36" locking drawer slides I got on Amazon

Cost came close to manufactured slides but not really a selection for big fridges and most don't have a table slide.

I would guess Allout Offroad in North Richland Hills, that's the shop that did his suspension.

I meant did he get a CMC plate from a company, like Bay Area metal fab or the like.

Likely All-Pro, he basically bought their entire product line. Or the shop fabbed their own, they are a full scale offroad fab shop, doing lots of custom work.

    UPDATE
    Back at it......

    Magnusson Supercharger and Transmission cooler
    IMG_4743.jpg

Wanted the ability to level the load and also level off for sleeping so I put on some Carli Long Travel airbags in the back. Had to do some custom bracket and exhaust shielding as well.

    IMG_4744.jpg

Also got some help flexing the truck a bit to address some front pick weld rubbing issues. Took as much off as we could, minor rub on full compression and turn but not much more can be done without heavy cutting.

    IMG_4759.jpg

Got the supercharger so figured it would be a good idea to be able to stop this beast.
StopTech 6 piston disk breaks. ALL THE WAY AROUND.

    IMG_4796.jpg

I have to admit, doing the disk conversion in the rear would have been much easier at a shop. Absolute nightmare for me. Since I have custom rear shock mounts I had to modify on the fly to be able to get everything bolted back on. Battling rain, destroying multiple axle seals, a dozen assembly/disassembly, and a splash of ingenuity it finally went back together and have had no issues.

Made a snorkel, don't have any build pics, but its on in some of the pics.

Got some miles on it now so did a bunch of general maintenance along the way.
    Full fluid flush
Nitto Ridge Grapplers (Toyo MT to loud)
Rust removal/repair/repaint skids and touched up the sliders, bumpers, and rack

Well, today was fun..... Drive shaft is toast.

Snapped at the transmission and went wild. Heavy damage to exhaust, heat shielding, and underbody.

Could not get the bolts to budge on the rear diff so rigged up a sling and limped in 4wd to more tools. Trans plate was also a nightmare. Took two of us on a breaker bar to get movement. (Long breaker bar now in the truck tool bag)

Clearly I’m terrible at updating this.

    Drive shaft replaced.
    Kilmat sound deadening cab roof
Rigid diffused side flood lights on roof rack.

Fully operational and a few little trips in the past 2 years.
