E-Z Fishing Rod Carrier

    Here's a quick and inexpensive solution to carrying long fishing rods in your Tacoma provided that you have a roof rack of some sort. PVC drain pipe comes in 10" lengths and can be cut to the length that you need. A fixed cap on one end and a removable cap on the other and your in business.

    A few guys I know have been running this setup for a while. Great way to keep the guides from getting damaged!

    That looks like 3", but you can use any diameter you want.

    zip tied on???? I’m not sure that’s the best solution long term, though maybe I’m seeing it wrong? How about two U-bolts with two bars connecting them around the rack? I’d cry for days if my rods blew off and got run over.
