Anyone else getting moisture on the passenger side floor? I have all weather mats, the truck is an 18’ new and no signs of leaking heater core. I’m not sure about the AC drip tubes but it shouldn’t be clogged at two years old. Driver side floor is dry.

Under warranty? Take it to the dealer. Better safe than sorry.

A lot of the leaks on passage side floor, are from the drains being plugged under wiper cowl. Water comes in through the HVAC intake under the wiper cowl. Debris leaf pcs, seed pods, and other types of debris. Had to clean mine twice.

Any roof racks or anything like that recently? Any moisture in the rear seats? Depending on how you're parked, moisture could be making its way to the front from the rear, check back there and also behind the rear seats

Yes i did see leaves and pine needles blocking the cowl intakes. I’ll have to take it apart and clean. For now I have the passenger mat up to let it air dry and see if the moisture persists. There is no moisture in the back or any other side.

This happens on mine, but on driver's side floor. No idea where it comes from, but I never noticed until I got WeatherTechs.

I had this occur on my rig - the ac drain hose managed to wiggle its way back into the cab and dumped right above the passenger floor mat

Take a quick look and make sure the drain hose is indeed draining. A quick bust of air can unclog.

Wasps love to make their nests there.

I get an occasional AC drip on my passenger mat too, I think the AC frosts up over there and then a drop or 2 of condensation comes down on the mat.

That’s sounds about right. I haven’t noticed it since it got colder and I’m not running the AC.
