I haven't had a drink since June. Miss it sometimes but then again I don't. I'm finally to the point where I don't crave for a drink when I see my buddies drinking.

I’ve given up drinking for the most part. Just occasionally with the gf.



it costs too much and killed my productivity

 

Sometimes I think my best life would be me sober but other times I need the catalyst to be able to admit my emotions and begin to work through them

 

I understand that, it can totally derail a productive session otherwise

 

I'd hate to sound like Tyler. But I been drinking alot of water lately.

I feel like shit lol. But in all seriousness I increased my water intake by 5 times. I used to just drink a 2 16oz bottles a day at work. Now I'm drinking between 8-10 of those

Thanks, yeah it wasn't that easy but it was easier than other addictions I've had. Hard when you enjoy it & everyone around you drinks. Much easier when something forces you to quit & makes you want to.

 

It's hard I won't lie, I don't know how you all do it. There's times where it is disgusting lol. But I do have some lemons in my fridge at work. And for lunch I drink diet Pepsi or Coke.

Have to admit that this diet is weird but can't lie from the results plus the running I been doing.

Last night my kid sent pictures of this 1999 LC -- friend of a friend might be selling it. I may try to top contact the seller today. Looks like they used it for duck hunting.
