Everything LEGO thread!

I was considering one since we have all the VW’s and the Mini Cooper but the wife wasn’t interested in it.

The Aston is good. Will have to snap a few pics of the vehicle collection. Not to mention my Town sets from the 80s.

 

Are there any Tacoma or FJ Cruiser lego sets to purchase? I googled for awhile with no success.

 

There isn't an official one. I've seem a few fans have made. That is about it.

 

That's kind of what my google research was leading me to believe. I saw a few Tacos but it seemed like it was a custom build and I am nowhere near creative enough to come up with something like that!

 

I would do the Mini.

 

I'm going to get the KO Defender at some point, but maybe not for awhile now with a car payment again.

 

I've got the Aston on my list as well but will hold off on any bigger purchases (Lego related) for a bit unless they are going to be retired. Is there a way to find out which sets are going to be retired next or is it just based on what's posted on Lego.com?

 

I just threw up looking at all these cheap knock off LEGOs.

I think I've already posted pics in here, but my wife is 10 years younger than me, and she and her brother had all kinds of cool sets. Police station, fire station, airport, Caribbean clipper, some pirate island (I think @HomerTaco or someone else on here cracked the code on those pieces), and the huge 3-piece folding castle. Also a blue space station of some type we haven' done yet, and my old blue space ship, one of the first of the series. They haven been awesome to build with my son, and for me, in a forensic way. And I still have my Technic Tractor, first and only I ever had before going on to other interests. Now it is most excellent escapist kiddo bonding time therapy.

 

These are awful pics because I'm a moron and forgot to take some while it was light outside. The only KO ones are the FXX, the Beetle, and Robie House.

 

All done! Super fun build, really cool display piece, and mine came with an extra spaceman

 

I do NOT need to buy legos on top of everything else I buy, so if you all could please kindly quit posting amazing photos of the Saturn V....
