@MESO You should make a version that has the parts on the sides (red trim things) a clear frosted plastic, then its backlit to match either the dash lights, or it lights up the same color as the gear indicator.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Lights or no lights this is a great functional mod. Living in the mountains I use it a lot. However, lights are a Meso signature and a nice bonus.

I would pay good money to have those sides of my shifter lights up, and to have the little gap under the door controls/door panel lit up.

Thanks, by chance does MESO normally feature product releases on IG? I don't have it and I am worried I'll never get in on the buy. I would be more than will to just get the stage 1 button and get my own knob.

I’m wanting the DIY kit since I have a knob already. Installation doesn’t seem bad at all.

its not bad. Maybe 10 minutes on the knob (maybe some filing) and 10 wiring.

Anything new or returning to stock gets posted on the forums. Then will pop up as coming soon on his site and you can sign up for email updates. Pretty sure you gotta sign up for each product release, but I do, but could be wrong. The only things are tough are limited runs, the stage 2 and 3 side markers went fast again.

Understood all, I would like the ECT shift knob button as it is the perfect placement for that mod. I'm sure I could handle the mod of DIY to the knob, just concerned I will miss the release of the next batch. On another note I hope the flip fob is still on track since I have an SR model and would be a great alternative to having my factory fob stuck in my pocket.

He usually posts upcoming releases on both the forums and IG. Sometimes there's not a release date/time though, just a post that the item is in stock. (I think he likes to see the chaos occasionally.)

True. I gotta admit, the adrenaline rush of trying for a limited run item is quite fun!

I've had mine installed for awhile now and yesterday when I clicked on the knob button, ECT did not activate. Anyone know what the issue may be?

Same thing happened to me. On mine, the wires broke off right at the small plug at the shift knob. I ordered replacement plugs and replaced the broken wires and wrapped all the wire with electrical tape hoping it will prevent future failure.

I inspected the wires and didn't notice anything unusual. I may have to mess with it later on today.
