Im working on it, school consumes my life and I've just moved back home from AD, so the interwebs / fb is the most "friend" people interaction I get, sad...

 

What most people think are friends are really acquaintances that should have just passed through.

 

True, some friends / coworkers from active duty though on there and family but ya, theres always text / phone.

 

Dealership by me has 2in spacer front lift new wheels tires charging 6k.

 

There also becomes a point where friendships fade off and die. I was friends with someone for over a decade and with on the last year I opted out to fade away. We just don't have anything in common anymore. It's kind of like 2019 and 2020 Tacoma pricing LOL

 

Best thing I did was 'deactivate' FB 10 years ago. Like you say, it's all filtered to present the best. Nobody is uploading photos of their proverbial moles. That leads to a skewed perception of reality for those with a weak grasp on critical thinking.

Deleted my FB about the same timeframe. I saw how fake and shallow it was. There's no point chasing ghosts and being constantly reminded of the things you can't do and people you can't be around. The critical thinking perspective couldn't be more spot on.

Man do I miss riding, as a future nurse / NP think those days are past me, gotta stay healthy and MX has a way of taking its toll on your body.
