    Meh. I’m pretty convinced.

    That’s 16,110 pounds.

It’s my only choice when it comes to lifts. Other than that, there’s the scissor lifts that give you more height — but no access to the exhaust and transmission. That’s more for oil changes and tires.

I gave up trying to convince Miguel to buy a full size lift for the legitimate shop he has access to. I even offered to pay for part of it.

    scissor lifts are even worse!..

ive been looking at quick jacks. but just for light work.. heavy suspension work jack stands are still superior because way less shit in the way

NEVER use a jackstand at the max height... bad things happen... i usually leave 2 notches. they get too wobbly to trust at their max

right, agree but point being those surpass the ones I have now which max out at 23.

I saw something like this (at least I think it was) being used at a MOD Day to while leaf springs were being switched out.

Do they let you use the shop for work on your own? I imagine they are more strict with the liability thing.

I still have no idea how i am going to take that trans out. going to be a PITA. I bet I take longer than tyler has taken with his bumper. :help:

Make sure you buy some nice long 1/2" extensions and a swivel adapter to reach the top bolts.
