My suggestion is do an in-depth market study. Jeep people like to spend money on their heels and there are a crap ton of both jeeps and Jeep people out there. What you have to figure out is the number of Toyota trucks out there vs the Wranglers and then the most important part of those how many (ballpark) of them are modified and what are the usual modifications done. From there you can start to figure out what kind of money you could bring in and then balance that against what it would cost to operate.

I’m my cursory looks most non Jeep specific shops are just general 4x4 shops because of the numbers game.

Oh and most decent dealer mechanics aren’t cheap. The goods ones I’ve known make good money.

Tons of them are modded here, but usually have the cheesy brands of bumpers like Iron Cross and stuff like that. Recently I saw one with badass bumpers on a spacer lift which is what most shops do here

My suggestion is you quantify tons of them into real numbers and what they spend. Being locked to a singular brand of something is usually very hard. Like I said Jeep is just one of those that breaks that mold do to the sheer number of them and overall willing to mod and not do the work themselves.

Not trying to discourage just giving you some business feedback.
