Can't beat that deal! I was lucky with the backup cam, mine came with the factory cam in the tailgate but no display. After reading on this site, I found a rearview mirror with a display for $50 then found the wire harness under the headliner, plugged it in and we are good to go.

So it sounds like someone disconnected the rearview mirror...

All 2009-newer Tacomas with the SR5 trim and above came standard with a rearview mirror backup camera! My truck did not originally have one, but being a 2010 model it was prewired. I have an aftermarket backup camera mounted above the license and wired into the factory "reverse wire", with the display built into my Pioneer head unit.

In Iceland, people get DUI charges for having only small traces of alcohol in their system! In America, the national legal limit is .08; What's the legal limit in Canada?

In BC, im pretty sure its .5 now, they changed from .8 few years ago. 1 beer is ok, but 2... you never know.

If i lose my license i cant work, so i cant really screw around.

    Same here...

I don't drive drunk, but I have gotten tickets before that carried points on my license; I took both to court and fought them hard to keep my record clean. Also, I'm pretty well-known on TW for having a strong dislike of DUI checkpoints.

Close, but not quite. It's a '72 K20 (that's a 3/4T 4x4, for anyone not fluent in Classic Chevy trucks).

I bought it more than 42 years ago when it was 5 years old. :D

I am very fluent in classic Chevy trucks!

Just looked like an old Blazer from that angle...

I've been obsessed with Chevy trucks since my dad bought a new S-10 Blazer in 1993 (When I was 4), and now Chevy trucks typically tie with Toyota for my favorite!

I seriously think that my Boss was a bad omen of sorts...

I got pulled over by a cop for the first time ever just hours after I got it installed, after having had my license for six years and NEVER getting pulled over up until that point. The Boss was installed in May 2017, I got pulled over just hours after we put it in, and then I got pulled over a second time in September 2017. I fought the May 2017 speeding ticket (43 in a 25 MPH zone) and got it drastically reduced so I got no points on my license. I only got a warning the second time I got pulled over (making a left while the “straight” light was green but the left turn arrow was red). I was pulled over 3 times between May 2017 and January 2019, and I still have a clean driving record!

Morning, @Taco critter. My mechanic says not suspension and the damn thing will not do it when I have him in the vehicle.
Feels like it is right under my left foot where a cab mount is so, for the bit of money it is, I'm going to soon replace the cab mounts with poly ones.

The mounts are tight. From what I am reading, they are a weak point once you get any miles on them and I have 340,000 kms
on my beast so I think replacing them will tighten things up. Not a lot of money.

I brought the truck to the dealer today because the brake screech is still driving me nuts! Currently in a blue 2020 Corolla LE loaner...

I saw this on the Toyota dealer’s used car lot today!
One of my coworkers listened to it with me and we determined there isn’t one.
