    My 3rd brisket cook on the Traeger grill. 1st 2 were flats this was a 13lb packer. Went for 13hrs. Very happy with this cook except that we were so hungry I didn't let it rest for more than 30 minutes.

    Trying my hand at an overnight cook. Put a butt on about an hr ago. Started to think it was bad out of the packing with a kinda string smell, I think I’m just gun shy after the rancid beef ribs a couple weeks ago. Didn’t get pics yet as it’s been a long long day and I gotta be up early for work on my day “off”:annoyed:. Rubbed it down with spicy massage. Hopefully the easy bake does it’s thing tonight

    It was a couple of years ago in this thread that I learned about putting nachos, goldfish, and all types of things in with my chili.

    Thought of that today when I made lunch. Have some high end cheddar and bacon spread from Wisconsin. On Ritz crackers it takes chili to another level.

    Waited until it got up to 10 above today to put the ribs on the pellet smoker. Slow going but finally got to the point where I could wrap them with honey, butter, brown sugar and apple juice.

    Small one with old fashioned Memphis dust, larger with Pitfaced MM. I cranked it up to 300 I'm getting hungry.
