    None....yet.
Yeah and they MEAN a year... been almost 10 months since I got the pins out of my mangled hand. Still hurts sometimes, and I'll randomly drop tools all the damn time. They told me to be patient, there will be setbacks....blah blah blah. You having screws probably makes it even more lengthy to get back to 100%. We'll all make it eventually tho!

New job comes with a company truck and gas card, although sadly it's a Nissan frontier :bananadead: this thing sucks

Yep, preferably Sunday. I should be picking up a rear bumper Saturday, and may need assistance mounting.

Thinks are coming along...got the roof rack and awning up, waiting for rain to stop to. Continue.

Fortunately I'm a desk jockey but I still suffer from cramping and pain. It's cadd work and can get intense at times. I also like doing my own mods, and we have a couple acres to maintain. Not a farm or anything but typical maintenance.

Update - just left the therapist, and she released me!
    :yay:

Now my right hand will have to be called "my old friend" and the stranger will get a break.

Hey everyone, kinda missing the Taco.... but I had a mod day today with the T4R! Installed new Coils and 5100s out back with coil-rite bags for when it’s loaded down. Energy bushings for the sway bar and removed the factory running boards and installed OEM mud flaps up front to match the rear. Also threw on a set of window visors for that fresh air breeze. I’m thinking some bronze SCS F5’s are in its future so I can be like @ChadsPride.... oh and yesterday I installed a kenwood media receiver and a @paranoid56 6 switch plate! Loving this thing so far, it’s making it hard to miss the Tacoma for sure.

I had a '99 T4R that we really liked. It ran great and road really smooth despite the 4runner squat from the hosed rear springs. I ended up selling it because the driver side axle seal leaked due to the sealing surface on the tube being gacked by a previous owner. It looked like they went at the seal with the biggest and cheapest slot screw driver they could find. So the oil was leaking around the seal. The proper way to fix it was to replace the tube or housing. Now that doesn't intimidate me, then it did. I could have probably JB welded that issue since it was basically just a slow leak, but the bigger issue, that made me most nervous, was that something in the drive line would bind up when I'd put it in 4wd. It would moved maybe 4 feet and then the resistance would feel like I was trying to climb over a huge speed bump. If you backed off, it would unload and then you could take it out of 4wd. I only ever used it once, in the snow/ice, but after all that I didn't trust that there wasn't a bunch of other weird crap wrong with it. I bought it off a guy who bought it from a dealer auction, so I never met the previous owner. I learned a lot of life lessons from that ordeal. Now I kinda wish I still had it and could build it into what it should have been. Oh well, I have the Taco now.

Damn, sucks you got the shitty end of that deal. That’s what I wanted to avoid when looking for a used 3rd gen, I searched for several months until I found this one. 2 owner, all maintenance records were at Toyota and up to date. From 2012 to a few months ago it only had 1000 miles a year put on it. It will be a fun project, for now I’m Just going through it and making it like new.
