    Call the local Bar Association in your area and ask them for legal advice. If anything it would be litigated in the Federal courts if you go that route.

    You bought this in September and had no issue until December? And why does it appear to have dealer plates in September pictures if you paid cash from some guy. It’s all too fishy. See if he’ll buy it back from you

    The seller is fucked because he obviously defaulted on the loan, otherwise he would have sold it the proper way. Yeah he has the OP's cash, but he also has a truck loan he's presumably never going to pay off so his credit will be fubar'd. It sounds like he doesn't care about that though.
