I posted one in the colorado forum and was hoping to have this resolved by now. It has not been so i was looking for hopefully a little more incite or information someone on this forum may have.

The seller is fucked because he obviously defaulted on the loan, otherwise he would have sold it the proper way. Yeah he has the OP's cash, but he also has a truck loan he's presumably never going to pay off so his credit will be fubar'd. It sounds like he doesn't care about that though.
