    It's tough sometimes but I'm managing it. Buying shoe inserts and stretching helps a lot. It probably doesn't help I'm always on my feet but between the job and home there isn't much choice. I've been off them most of the day but gotta work for 5 to 6 hours tomorrow then my regular 5 days after. I should probably take a vacation soon that's longer than a few days...

    I've had sciatic issues for years, Ice and heat helps a lot if you haven't tried it. As long as I could lay on either I would and usually be better in a couple days. Yours sounds a little more serious though....

    I’ve been using a heating pad when I’m home. It’s not bad when I’m up and moving around. Just hurts when I go from sitting for a while or laying in bed and try to stand up
