The other thing, if the tire is rubbing on the inside, not on the wheel well, is a spacer the way to get it out farther?

Like rubbing on the upper arm? If so, then yeah a spacer would solve that. Too big of a spacer and you could end up rubbing on some plastic though. Do you have OEM wheels?

Yeah so if you look in between the spokes you should be able to tell if it's flat against the hub or if there's "pockets" for longer studs to fit behind the wheels. It may look something like this:Screenshot_20200110-204413.jpg
    Or this:Screenshot_20200110-204431.jpg
If yours do have those spaces in the back, you can use a BORA 3/4" spacer so you won't rub the wheel well or the arm. If your wheels are standard wheels without the space for longer studs you will need Spidertrax 1.25" spacers. These will also do the trick, but there's a possibility you may need to trim some plastic with them. Those two brands are the only two that I would trust on my truck. I've had the 3/4" BORAs on mine. Also, install them with loctite and check the torque after a couple hundred miles.

The lift is ARB Old Man Emu 3" suspension lift. I've found out the the reason it's higher in the back is because of the fact that there is both suspension lift and a heavy-duty leaf pack in the rear.

Yeah if the lift is a block I'd just remove the block and keep the front the same.

So i understand a lot more about my setup now.
I have a 3" lift front and rear, which after settling a bit will be sitting at just under 3". The heavy leaf pack adds 2-3" of lift in the rear i think, not sure exactly how much. My tire ( Ironman All Country M/T, LT 285/75R16 ) rubs on the upper control arm at full turn. I plan to get some new wheels at some point, so would getting a wheel with more offset fix the rub, since it pushes the tire farther out? I would like to get my wheels out a bit anyway, so they're flush with the fenders.
Would swapping out the control arm for one that sticks out less help?
Also need to figure out how to lift the front end a bit more.

If you get rims with more offset but a wider rim (which is what usually happens) then it might not help. Measure and tell everyone how much more you need in the front.
Also think that if your truck is level how it sits now and then you go to load your bed with gear that you might have a bro-lean. The rake looks fine especially if after loading your bed with gear results in the truck leveling out.

I guess that's true. I'm probably going to put my camper shell back on, if i can get it repaired. That'll close to level it out, but it still does sag lower in the front. I guess it's pretty much form vs function.
I'm not planning on going with a wider rim than what's on there. Might go up to a 17" wheel though. I don't need much more offset to clear.
