Opinions on sticking a TRD decal on an SR5 Tacoma?

    They are the truck equivalent of ricer car under glow unless you actually rock crawl at night. Light bars and all are useful for camping, though.

    I think they’re pretty useful and great for off-roading, I looked at getting some. But i think most people will see a 90s street ricer and hate, especially if you use it whilst on the streets.

    I would never use them on the road, but if you off-road at night then they would be useful.

    I want them with the Domerock module that makes them come on with your done light. Makes it where they come on when you unlock your truck so you can see the ground at night

    I wouldn't do it to mine, but it is a TRD OR so I don't have to worry about it. If it weren't though...
    The Raptor lights, I get. It's a styling thing. The decal to me, is false advertising. It's like putting SS stickers on a GM product that's not, or GTO emblems on a LeMans or Tempest.
    I always preferred the sleeper mode. Have something that isn't advertised as a beast, but under it's skin, it is.

    It’s your truck, do whatever you want to it. People do a lot worse to their cars/trucks than slapping silly marketing nonsense decals on their cars.

    The people who get all offended by it on here make me laugh, especially when people do the pro style stuff. What sad little lives.

    I don't think anyone is offended by it, we just don't think it's a good idea. I'm putting Bentley emblems on my Chrysler 300 tomorrow. It's your truck, do what you want with it.

    That's an awesome build though. I don't really like the look of most 2nd gen single cabs, but this one is pretty lit
