So no I have had my truck for about 3 years now. I have seen a bunch of various build threads but never thought to make my own.

I bought a 2017 dclb bbp trd off road. This was/still is a unicorn. I actually ordered it in Sept/oct of 2016 and had to wait for it to be allocated. I don't know exactly what I paid for it, but it was about 2k under MSRP. For everyone out there looking to buy and for much, tell the dealer and they will make it work. After doing all the analysis of list v MSRP price, I walked in and said this is what I will pay for x truck. They allocated it for you the amount I told them. Given this was the 2k under the MSRP for a allocated unicorn, you can always do better

This is the truck from day 1... I had already ordered it and had the fn fx pro rims waiting for delivey. I drove it from the dealer to the tire place and had 265/70r17 Toyo at2s with the fns with 4 miles on it. I sold the stock rims/tires with 0 miles for $950

Also added the extang encore from the get go too. I had two previous 2nd gens, both with the extang trifecta happy with those, so since the tailgate locked went with the trifold hard cover. Very happy with it. Does it's job very easy to take on and off when needed

Added these bad boys. Early on order when they shipped at 20mm. Set them to 5mm. Now at 10mm. Before and after. Spc upper control arms too but don't seems to have pics of those from the install

Getting ready for 285/70r17s. Still toyo at2s

I can not say enough good things about the toyos. Great tires. Weight the least in class, got 65k+ miles out of them, balanced great, solid overall performance for an all terrain

3rd group buy was a full rci skid plate package.. I dont seem to have any pics of those

Also, have the meso puddles I stalled, subaru tweeters and door speakers front and rear, and the passenger door smart handle

I'll edit this thread to come with more pics of everything and added links to other build threads that have helped along the way...
