Idk about where you love. But smart n final is pretty bad at keeping things at temp.

I just heard from locals here that they don't carry a larger variety of certain categories.

My cheeses for instance, I use 4 different types for my stuffed shells and mascarpone is one I've only found at Safeway, or more expensive places.

 

I've learned to just try and ignore that stuff because I've been in plenty of kitchens, if you take all things into account always you'll never got to a store or a restaurant ever again. Food places are nasty, period

 

Whole foods has a good selection buy way over priced

For condiments and the such, Walmart is where it's at.

I hate going there though but I'll grab toilet paper and other odds and ends since it's way cheaper.

 

I mean like milk amd meat stuff sitting in 50 degrees for weeks sometimes. Or they let all the ice cream melt then Re freeze it

 

I've never even heard of that chain you named before anyway.

 

Just goto costco. They are super strict about temps and their equipment. Plus low prices

Grew up catholic and was forced into it; so glad I'm an adult since no one can force me anymore lol

 

I grew up the same way. But ill still get married in a Catholic Church. Even though I havnet gone to church in years

 

Aren't Catholic's super strict about that kinda stuff. Wouldn't they just see some other wedding as invalid and do theirs as if it never happened?

I don't get it but far be it from me to project my own experiences on someone else...if that's what'll make you guys happy then you should do it. Just remember...the average 'big' wedding costs north of $20k. I don't think you want two of those lol
