    Morning all,

Busy day yesterday, we had over 200 people for the fly in breakfast, the EAA Ford Tri-motor flew a BUNCH of passenger flights yesterday, had to of been close to 100 people. Interesting bird, I got to fly on the one last year. We had a Visitor doing several touch and goes doing a show for our visitors.. Most notable, The US Coast Guard was in the house.. For me personally, the biggest deal yesterday, Our TBM-3 Avenger returned to flight, a couple thousand hours, almost $100K invested. she flew almost an hour in the pattern showing off her belly to the crowed with constant fly-overs, at a safe altitude, she landed with only a couple little squawks! The Board is so proud of all the volunteer hours and all the sweat and tears that have gone into this great airframe's service, returning her to flight successfully has been a huge milestone for us. Today, the truck is packed up with all things puppy, Joyce and I are headed to Metter Ga this morning to pick up little man..

Over all, has been an extremely busy weekend but fun weekend..

Hope everyone else has had a good weekend, didn't read the last several pages, just busy this morning..

    RJ

Thanks Rob, it will be a long day, not sure if I'll get back on, it's going to be late by the time we get home.. One of my favorite pics yesterday, new pilot slight cross wind, big bird landing on one main gear first, Hurcs are tough birds!!

Good morning. Made chili and ribs yesterday so looks like chili and ribs again today. And probably again tomorrow. Although I did a pretty good job putting a hurting on a rack of baby backs already.

9 here but it is above zero. Supposed to be up to 31° tomorrow though, so it may break the freezing mark they never do get it right.

Morning all. Well guess it's my turn to get the crud. Been fighting it off the last several days with my Advair and Advil. I lost the fight with sinuses tight to the point of a headache, light coughing, body aches and tired. Not doing much today, but I am making a spiral cut ham for lunch. Need to activate new 2020 flexible spending card because if I feel like this in the am I will be giving my PCP a visit. I am not like the guys @ work which never go to their Doc when sick. We have kick tail insurance and script plan, no reason not to go! Ok rant over little cranky today. Have a good Sunday all!

May be of interest to some on here. Highland and Bath Countys have always been training areas for military low flights because of the mtns. and low populations. they are working on it as not to disturb livestock too bad. ive had jets barrel roll over me and pilots wave at me when they flew over so low i could see them. always thought it was way cool. they have a weekly newspaper for the two countys. i picked one up yesterday587A022B-74E1-49DF-AD5F-FFFFCD8A4DD0.jpg

    Good Morning Folks

    Sunny and 18 degrees
Our big snow storm was a bust. Friday the weather man was saying 12- 16 inches of snow. Churches all over were canceling Sunday service on friday. Between Friday night and last night we got maybe 4 inches.

    Nice pictures

Post pictures of you and the new pup, so we can decide who's better looking.:boink:
