I'm so very touched by your post. I have been through this myself several times and there are no words. Take your time to remember and honour him. When your ready get yourself busy because your home will be very different and very quiet. The quiet times can be tough so being busy helps. Go to an animal shelter and volunteer in his name. It helps.

I bought a set of springs from them. I'm pretty sure there the same ones @blackout14 used to sell. I love them for my truck.
    20180812_153401.jpg
If you happen to have an extra zero turn, I could use one, or any other kinds of equipment or stuff...

Nice tractor. I showed Angel. She then says to me, have you heard of Lamborghini tractors? Apparently they made tractors first before cars. Lamborghini and Ferrari were friends, Ferrari made cars first, Lambo said he can make em better. Thus Lambo was born. Lamborghini Tractors is now owned by another company, but they still use the Lamborghini badge. They're not as expensive as you'd think either. Look up a DLA 35

Looks like he edited the post, likely to include tags. When people edit in a tag, the other user doesn't get a notification. He's old. Give him a break.

    Love ya brotha

We have been talking more about buying this house and land. When that happens, you'll be the first to know. We took a little time yesterday and tried walking back there. The first hundred feet or so is pricker bushes and the spoils of loggers. I let Digger out this morning off leash since he has gotten a lot more behaved. He went chasing about 8 deer through the woods. I couldn't see him for 10 minutes so I went inside to put boots and clothes on rather than PJs and slippers and the motherfucker was at the back door waiting for me.

I have seen Lambo tractors on the YouTube before.

For obvious reasons, I’ve been looking into such things lately. I saw a GM prototype with the old Stovebolt six in it the other day. One of one. It was pretty cool. WWII killed the idea of them ever making a tractor to compete with Ford. But a 90 HP tractor with juice brakes would have been miles ahead of the competition at the time.

I was thinking about selling that zero turn, but the neighbor talked me out of it. He said it’s just fast and has like an 80” deck, and there’s a LOT of mowing to do. That and the engine was recently rebuilt.

I’m going to sell the two old Ford Tractors and one of the golf carts. I just can’t decide which cart to sell.

The older Carryall is more useable for farm type stuff with the bigger metal electric dump bed, but needs a motor.

The new EZGO is ready to roll, but has the smaller plastic manual dump bed.

OR, I could sell them both and get something that’s 4WD.

On the other hand, that John Deere is 4WD and there’s a good sized trailer for it too.

We need to get in there and see what our needs really are I guess.

Does anyone want a double cab long bed factory exhaust. It was given to me by @TOYTONKA a few years ago and I never used it and he only had it on his truck for like a month. I offered it before but if no one wants it I am going to toss it into my scrap trailer today

I wish I had a need for that Ford. My dad had one when I was a kid.

I would hold on to a lot of that stuff for a year to see what you really need. The same with any major landscaping.

My dad had one as well. I don't know the brand, but it was yellow.

Yeah I agree with you there. Hold onto it for a bit. I'm not ready for a tractor like that, but eventually I'll want one. I might need more of a front end loader/backhoe type deal though. I've seen some attachments for a tractor. Buying one specifically for that would probably be better. It'll be a few years before that's a thing though.

The acreage by us is all wooded. Zero turn to mow and I'm thinking some kind of tractor to drag out logs and dig up stumps when we get to selling wood. @TwistedTLM4 I really wanna get back there and explore. Probably be better in the winter months to do that.
