Looks great! What are you doing next Saturday? Definitely easier to see and get the lay of the land with all the foliage gone.

    Update on Line-X...

They quoted me $450-$550 for the lining on 2 rock sliders, then I had to also get it sandblasted on my own...

Why in the world would you Line-X rock sliders?

What are you going to do when you slide them over rocks and tear off the Line-X?

Was debating on Powder Coat, but then was talked about of it and to go the Line-X / Rhino line route. I dunno.

I don’t know man. IMHO, powder coat or expensive bed liner on armor is a huge waste of money. Unless they are just for show, you are going to scrape whatever coating you put on off on the rocks.

Spray paint them and touch up as necessary is the way to go.

I used to use spray on bed liner. It’s really just textured paint. But it has a nice finish. People would ask where I had my stuff powder coated.

Now I just use this equipment paint for everything.

My sliders and skids basically have no paint on the bottom anymore.

I use bedliner on the top of my sliders because it's not as slick when wet.

I use fluidfilm on the bottom because without mudflaps on the front I sandblast them all year.

Thanks! Were you happy with the bushings that they came with? I know sometimes those are what people switch out.

It was pointed out to me that any trace of the go fund me that I started for Joe had been wiped from the forum.

Unbelievable... What good is a “community” if you can’t help someone out?

if someone needed a fucking tail light moved across the country instead of just paying for the shipping? It would be all hands on deck.

    Good job once again TW.

Thank you guys who contributed before it got killed. You made a big difference. Joe really appreciates all of the support.

Ha! Asleep at the wheel. Probably too busy banning people for having opinions again to be fully committed to being anti-help a fellow member...

I was away for 2 weeks and was keeping up on things. Just got home and was looking for the thread with the GO Fund me info and couldn't find it. What a bitch. It was for a damn good situation to help out a fellow TW member and his family. I wonder if it can be accessed from the Go Fund me site? I'll give it a try. Thanks for what you did Tim and a big :rant::rant:to TW for removing it.

Hey Tim, what was the title for the GoFund Me you set up? I think if I find it on their site I can still help out. Thanks.
