Looking to throw some rock sliders on my Taco. The only dealers for decent bolt on rock sliders i can find are out of the states. Does anybody know any local or canadian dealers. RCI or CBI?

Thanks for the swift response. Will be calling him today. Do you know if they carry in stock or would I have to get them to order it in?

me? I suggested ct motorsports to the op. Now I am suggesting it to you. If there was an issue I wouldn’t be suggesting others to do their business there.

Thanks for the reply, never meant to imply they weren't good, I also have done some reading and RCI's look like the CAKE!

Norilsk and I both got our sliders from CT Motorsport.

The delivery time will be based on RCI lead time. Think it's a few weeks if I remember correct.

No complaints about the RCI besides with any sliders they're a bit of a pain to install. I've done it solo and it sucks.
Helped Norilsk do his and two sets of hands really helps. Especially if one's hands are small for the bolts that are within the boxed portions.

The the ease of getting them vs the others from the US the RCI are great.

True Enough, I usually go through the suffering of solo installs, lets me justify to the wife why I need more tools ;)

When the time comes I will be calling up CT. Or buying a bender to learn a harder lesson, for even more suffering for an even bigger win :)

I looked into CT motorsports, they are definitely the best option ive found for southern ontario. Only problem is they arent cheap. After everything is said and done i got quoted $1600 canadian

They recommend you to have them order it in bare metal and for them to take it to their powdercoating company because they say the powdercoat it comes with from factory in the USA doesnt hold up that great in the canadian winter.

Bare RCI sliders from them would be roughly $1000

wouldn't even bother with powder coat. Get some rustoleam and brush it on. Then finish off with a spray coat. Had good success with that (with the proper paint prep of course).

Issue is bringing it in or having it shipped is just as expensive. Not many options.

Yeah the owner goes down to the states weekly to keep prices low for customers.

If you’re going to use them line x will be hard to touch up (from my personal experience atleast). Would look cool though and the grip on the bar would be a good feature
