    Welcome to the forum:hattip:

Crawl mode? You have an OffRoad, is it a manual?

Unless it is a manual transmission. Then it doesn't and putting a switch in will not give him it either.

From my understanding Crawl is more than just a button, but also involves the brake system too. Cunningham’s law will kick in if I am ill informed

Crawl mode uses the engine, transmission and ABS in conjunction to move the vehicle in traction limited situations.

I think its only Auto 4x4 that has crawl.

    Manual uses the old A-Trac.

It's ABS and electronic brake booster based, not just a button.

That's all it takes on the Lexus GX 460, you add a button and do a zero point calibration with tech stream and you have crawl control. MTS is just a computer swap away as well on those.

Would be cool if that's all it took to add it to Tacomas.

Only 4x4 models have crawl control.

I think its safe to say you do not have an Off Road or Pro Model, if you post a pic of your truck it would be more helpful.

He has a sport if it’s an auto 4x4 with the sunglasses cubby. Sounds like the dealer got him on trim.

I remember in 2015 when the 16' o/r came out. I was so excited to go out and test drive a model in the dirt and play with the modes. I made damn sure I had those switches haha.
