    well at work my pushing my 12 man crew a little is paying off. Dec. we out ran every other casebound crew with no quality defects and no injuries. so management takes the crew out to eat where ever we want to go.plus a gift card. my youngins are coming full circle and i talked to my one weak unit and he is trying harder. texas steakhouse here we come.
