High Pitched Whine When Accelerating

    This happens every 4-5 days. It's not something that always happens. Anyone experience anything like this?

    If you want to be really cheap and the noise is loud enough you can do this with a paper towel roll as well lol, to at least get a general idea

    i have that same sound in 17 tacoma with 38k, i tried to replicate the sound but it went away. i am thinking its the upper pulley that you see near the top engine right side near the battery..... but i havent figured out 100% if its that pulley. i turned it off and wiggle the pulley and it has play and not sure if its like that or the bearing inside is going out. i seen people on the internet just repack it with grease since they said they cheap bearings they only put a small amount of grease inside and its probably all dried up....
