    Sounds a lot like mine lol she's 5'8" and all ass. Mine went through a phase like that but I've learned to just shut up and let her figure it out. No one wants to hear my advice or "I told you so" lol

    The mental aspect of all of this is immensely underestimated. 'Whats' and 'whys' are actually pretty easy, 'hows' get so caught up in the mind game......

    Probably what I’m gonna do. Just let her complain about it and figure it out herself until she asks for help.

    Women are so judgmental of themselves. My girl will look at any girl and be immediately jealous, yet they are skinny fat girls who are just in the gym to be a dumb ass with their college friends.

    I spend so much time telling her to stop judging them and yourself. Just do you - you know who you are and you know what you've accomplished. Fuck those other people - yet they still let these randoms in the gym dictate how they feel. ugh

    My girl used to be all ass, until I bought her boobs, lol. Now she has both :cool:

    What brand? I think Rogue is 205 unloaded, Titan is like 195?

    Start light and do 50ft carries back and forth as fast as you can, then go up once you are clearing that 50ft in around 8 seconds. Id bet around 400lbs it'll start being a struggle.

    Bruhhhh. Yoke’s are way harder than I thought. Keeping em from slipping and balanced is hard as fuck. The weight is easy.

    Yep! Having a grip shirt or chalk on your back helps. There a tricks to it but its hard to explain without physically showing you.

    I put my jacket on after trying in the video and it helped cause it was dry and had the hood to help hold it. Need a bigger back shelf to set the bar on.
    Also pressed the 134lb leg a few times.

    Make sure you are pulling your arms in to stay tight. I'd personally wear a belt. Yoke's are very demanding on your back and CNS. I'd also personally stand up and then take off with baby steps (as weight goes up you will not be able to lift and go as quick as you can now).

    @Travish325 yea?

    I use to practice SM back in the day, with a great coach. It helps immensely, especially since most SM exercises are beyond taxing. Great job so far, I've seen much more struggles before lol
