The only thing that gives me anxiety is freaking waiting

 

going to have to watch that haha.

God I couldn't imaging if he meow'd all night, he'd be kennel'd on the porch at that point. (probs knows this and that's why he doesn't try it) He only starts the meowing at 4:30 when I get up bc he has his morning routine piss n shit scheduled at that time (this is funny to me)

Only one of ours does most of the wailing and he started doing it after we had to put his brother of 9 years down back in November. Was really sad and understandable the first week or so...but now I keep a water squirt bottle next to my bed and nail him right between the eyes if he comes in our room meowing like that lol. He usually keeps it to the living room so it's not that bad

good on you for using the squirt bottle method, really works well to dissuade behaviors

 

Doesn't help that he's so damn fuzzy and cute...works in his favor lol

 

but ya know... doing it at the last minute on the death bed - man, if that doesn't f with their heads for the rest of their lives... guess that would be a bit

 

I'm just going to say "I never loved you. I hated you" hopefully it's to my kids and wife lol so she can tell them. "He's lying he just wanted to go out as an asshole"

 

He freaks out if we try and trim his claws, those things are like velociraptor claws

 

I never mess with my cats claws cause they go inside and outside. So they climb trees and shit

 

So I've got my appointment set for next month, and registration is complete.

The bad news? They're not covering my fucking bill because I was supposed to submit within 72 hours of being seen, yet I was told in order to get it covered that I need to register at my local VA first, but the VA has been closed recently due to holidays plus I've been working all week.

Fucking shit; last month was an expensive month and now I've got a bill I wasn't expecting.

I cut mine, but he's a poon and wont go anywhere past our patio and occasionally outside when we camp. Otherwise, it'd be a diff story haha

 

Oh yeah if they're outside cats you definitely don't want to trim 'em...thems their weapons. Be like throwing someone in the ring with their hands tied against a UFC fighter lol.
Ours are indoor only so we try and keep them trimmed to avoid carpet damage
