They gotta be rebuilt once in awhile yea

 

Anybody had any issues with the dome light? All fuses and bulbs and all are good. Even cleaned connections and nothing? I’m stumped

 

We've had 2 anonymously sent boxes of 120 diapers each delivered to our house over the last few days...whoever you are, you are a scholar and a gentleman

I've also come to realize that diapers are probably the single most wasteful product on earth lol. All this focus on straws and plastic bags when diapers are the real culprit

Yes I'm aware there are washable diapers, I thought that was a feasible option too until I actually starting changing them. Fuuuck that

Yea...mine stopped working a few weeks after I got the truck. Got the bulb replaced and it worked for a few days again before it went out. I've just lived without it for the last few years

Yeah, babies don't do the solid poop thing yet. Can't imagine trying to wash a diaper, be like pressure washing peanut butter off a sandwich

 

every ~15k - 100k miles depending on how you use and abuse them

Yup...and no one tells you about newborn's first poops. It's this black tar like substance that sticks to skin like silicone grease. It's called 'meconium'...it's what they build up inside the womb and the first few days after birth they have to poop it all out. Fun stuff

 

I’ve been doing the same for a year

 

I haven't been all that easy on mine and I got them rebuilt at about 25k miles... bearings I replaced at about 15k. Only got them rebuilt though because I wanted them revalved. Probably could have gone awhile longer otherwise

 

Yeah mine is the rear one that doesn't work, if I need light I just manually turn on the front dome lights

I have one that's been in my possession since way before they started selling them, back when you just had to ask. But never put it on anything haha. Still sitting on my dresser
