So ive recently purchased a 2015 magnetic grey tacoma and have been looking for a used topper/camper shell. I know if i get a good price i can get it repainted... but to what?? I feel like it might just be a bit to much magnetic grey if i go with the topper that color too. Thinking about a rino lined/linexed black. What do yall think? Any nice mismatches out there that can post some pics
    This is my 95

I want to colour match it but the cheapest quote I’ve gotten is $700 which is how much I paid for it.

I don’t mind the mismatched colors too much but the cap clearly isn’t made for a regular cab. Now it squeaks and rubs when I drive so I need a new one that fits a regular cab. :(

I have a MGM canopy on Cement. Sometimes I think about doing something with it. But then I see a cement color matched and it looks a little boring. It’s a little scratched up so if anything I may rhino line it.

Nice, i like it actually. mine is not installed yet but i intentionally went with midnight black metallic topper on a MGM truck, also couldn't find a used topper to match. Figured id mix it up alittle

Thanks. It’s not as noticeable in pictures, but in person you can tell it matches the TRD OR MGM wheels. Kinda ties it together.

I looked for years for a used canopy, they hardly ever come up around here for a short bed. When this one came up, I wasn't too concerned about the colour. It does what I need it to do, and it cost me a lot less than a new one, so I'm happy with it.

I might paint it black eventually, but for now I think it looks fine.
