Tailpipe is tacked on right now. Easy to get off. I need to grind some previous weld spots (not a proficient welder and made some mistakes welding).

Mine doesn't even have a tip. I cut it right by the leaf spring. This way when i go over stuff, the exhaust doesn't catch it

Im irrationally offended by that little brand plate riveted on there. Its like that jewelry brandwhores wear purely to show off theyve got an XYZ silver bracelett. Im sure its a great exhaust and all but thats just shamelessly pretentious of them to slap their label on there.... i mean its to the point that I think it would be a deal breaker if i were in the market for an exhaust.

Like others have said, i would be concerned with condensation with the angle its at. I would also be concerned about possibly melting the plastic bumper and staining the bumper with soot.

Personally im not a fan of enlarged exhaust tips. But with that said if you like it, its your truck.

I had a 3”-2 1/2” double out manga flow I had removed from my race car.

it’s nice because the exit pipes are clamped on. That way I can pop them off quick for wheeling.

If I screw this up I'm just going to do the same. I have a plan for a turn down. This tip was purely astethics anyway. I don't off-road much.

I'd like to see your plan for a turn down. How about a pic of an exhaust that is not just dumped before or after the axle that can prevent what is shown in this pic of my Gen 3 Tacoma. I live on a gravel road. Condensation for the exhaust pipe collects on the fender and dust attaches to it. In the winter it is even worse and because washing can’t happen all that often in the winter the dust bonds to the paint. Clay and polish will not remove it. I have to use a compound and buffer to get it of.

Ever thought of bed side exit exhaust with stainless steel flange over the opening ???

I like the look of a dumped exhaust. Nice and tidy back there especially without the mud flaps

I dumped mine over the axle so I didn’t crush or snag it. 9180626A-348F-4DE6-BE65-F68F68022181.jpg

I chopped my TRD Pro exhaust too. I feel like I lost some growl, so I need to get a shop to weld the tip back on... yours looks great! Exactly what I need to do.
