What about getting the front and rear xmembers from RCD and installing them in place of the Fabtech ones. Would that not lower me 2"?

I plan on it. 33x12.5's, im adding TC UCA's going with a softer 3" pack in the rear so it will sit a little high in the front. then ext travel coils in the front.

from my understanding...rcd will not part out pieces of their kit. so you would have to find someone thats willing to part with it or find some other way to get it from rcd

Interesting, I broke my rear fabtech xmember and called them and was able to order a replacement. ill have to give them a call...

But im a 4x4 so i would have to have an xmember fabed and welded back in so no matter wht, i either pay and make a db lift, or pay and go back to a 3" no matter what there isnt an easy way out.

I think that for the time being i am just going to put a 3" pack in the rear, lower my coils all the way down in the front, and go to 33's that way i have amazing down travel in the front and good flex in the rear. I am buying a set of TC UCA's and my CBI bumper should be on its way to my door anytime.

Another reason for not to use a DB lift kit. I agree w/other poster. Might as well go back to midtravel, 3" C/O's, etc

Well i didnt break the xmember it self. I had an older kit on my truck and the front diff mount tab was just that, it was a tab that wasnt gussetted, and they shipped me a new one with gussets under the tab.

Thank you. Im not too keen on the way it sits right now, about 3" high in the rear, but it doesnt look like that much. But i would rather have it 3" high in the front. I think i am going to go with the all pro 3" pack in the rear and the armortech shackle flip to get about 4" out of the rear and then be at about 5" in the front so i can go play in the rocks or the desert and shouldnt have a problem with anything.

let me re-phrase that. from my understanding rcd will not ship or part out pieces of their kit without proof that you have bought the full kit and something indeed did fail. they wouldnt even ship me the lift without the shocks. i told them i had them and they said no cant do it.

theoretically any aftermarket uca will help provide more travel. although travel will be limited to shock setup and how much travel they provide themselves.
