Aw, ya beat me to it!
Morning everyone SATX! TACO Tuesday y'all! :taco::taco::taco::taco::taco::taco::taco::taco:

Wish I had those foggers on for the trip to the doctor this AM! Don't really need them, but I'd be Joe Cool! Can't wait to see those cutoff patterns. Might be dry enough this afternoon. Oh, the stock bumper is supposed to be picked up this PM as well - no going back!

    Morning Gents,

Like a true tacoma owner, i've been going through all of y'alls rigs and seeing where mine lies deficient. (Take out a second mortgage to get me where I want to be). Anyway the priorities are a suspension overhaul beginning with seom freedom offroad CUA's and then i'm eyeballing the bilstein 5100 coilovers and toytec AAls for the rear just because if i'm being honest with myself the truck spends the majority of its time on the road and i'd like some ride preservation with a touch of offroad capability (currently have the front sitting on pucks and blocks in the rear). But this group is making me more torn than I was before joining. Really struggling with going with a bed cap or going bed rack. i'm swaying towards a leer ore ARE cap. I'd like to hear some pros cons from current owners.

Like lots of us it has taken time for us all to be get there I run the old man emu setup for my rig. For the most part I am really happy with them as I daily my truck everyday. If you want a better ride you will need to dig deeper.

I liked the idea of ICONs but had read that typically the increased offroad performance meant lower ride quality. I don't think remote resi's are necessary for me. Anyone had bad experience 5100's or Icon Stage 1? Definitely looking for a kit with preassembled coilovers. I'm 100% DIY when it comes to my rig but not a big fan of spring compression.

I have stayed clear them due to reports but there are lots of people who like them. When I changed my springs out last summer I utilized the truck to compress the springs, not the best way but it does work.

For what your looking for stage one is ok the issue people have with crappy rides with coilovers is they crank them up or get the wrong coil.
