Actually I like it works out perfect with the weight I have on the truck. Just waiting for it to settle then I’ll readjust. This weekend on the dirt roads it was nice to be able to go a little faster and have a smoother ride.

Cant wait for final release of 2.0.

That’s great, maybe one day but I think I will stick to OME but the next level.

YA the drive with 2.0 is rather nice, not jumpy like it was before.

I need to catch up with ya and have you clear out the stuff with tech stream.

Yeah I’ll clear it out let me know when. This weekend doesn’t work.

I'm not looking to match factory ride quality. The spacer lift I have on it right now has broken me of any hopes on that end. At the same time i'm also not looking to shake the truck when I drive over a shadow.

If you're looking at upgrading the suspension you can go old man emu like myself and Mark. We both DD our trucks.

I also run bed bars on my truck. If you use your truck's bed, bed bars are easier to remove than a camper shell. I don't use my bed often, though.

i'll have to look more into OME then. As far as camper, I feel like it would give me more storage options (especially for ground camping) but it does worry me about truck bed usage. I only use the bed once in a blue moon as such but I feel like the day after install will be the day I need it.

If you get the camper that opens on the sides, that would be best. Especially if you're ground camping. Bed bars cost as much as a used camper, usually.

Yea the price equivalent is what keeps the debate going. I've seen great rigs both ways.

For y'alls OME lifts, which coils did you do on the front end? Looking at the 886 just because I plan for a replacement front bumper in the future and would like to counter the weight gain.

I got the 886 coils nearly a year before buying armor and front bumper. It was fine. I liked it better than stock. I also went with the Dakar HD rear springs and Nitrocharger shocks.

That matches everything I priced in my cart on toyec's website and looking to be about 1500 with the coilovers preassmbled. not bad at all.

That's who I ordered from, as well. I didn't need the diff or carrier bearing drops, either.

Been reading to only use those if vibes start. Did you need a rear axle alignment shim with the AAL?

I had 886s for a little over a year rode good with the weight. It’s a great all around setup I did run the HD leafs it was a little to stiff for my liking without weight. Now I’ve got the regular Dakar’s and love it.

No axle shim for me, but I don't have the AAL. I have the complete spring pack.
