@jbroke2 They're not advertised on his page, but @rrentrop (TVD Vinyl) sells vinyl overlays for the grille emblem. Just text him the year, and they fit perfectly (not solid, but rather a chrome-delete.). I ordered mine in cement grey to match my truck, and am just waiting for warmer weather to place it. Will post pics when I do.

When you do the install you want the adapter cable connector on the inside (dry side) with the door panel. You can feed the ends that connect to the speaker through the small hole in the mounting bracket. You dont want the adapter cable connector inside (wet side) where the window is. This also reduces the extra wire inside the door.

Added some tool mounts, and collapsible crates to keep my fuel cans from sliding around. All done for now unless anyone has any cool ideas

I envision this being blindingly bright inside the cab of the truck. I recommend doing a temporary test hookup.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
This is my solution for such a situation.

The 7443 that you linked has the following warning:

WARNING! This bulb is for use in parking and turn signal applications only. These should not be used in vehicles equipped with DRL systems that run on the high circuit. Using this bulb in a DRL application will void your warranty. For DRL applications we recommend our V6 Triton system.

Almost every Amber 7443 LED seems to have a similar warning.

No Hyperflash, but I have meso's side markers (built in resistor), and his stage 1 total tails (no resistor installed)

yeah...it's for the turn signal...the DRL is a separate strip.

Edit: I see you have a SR5 which uses the turn signal bulbs as DRLs. I would probably not use those bulbs then.

I may add some sort of... Not sure what to call them.. blinders? Like in horse racing. Something to focus the light to ensure its it's not being in the cab.

added some BD Squadron ditch lights and a Softopper. Going to change the lenses to clears, just haven’t ordered them yet. Rack for my tent/awnings will be added soon.

What does an engineer do when he questions the common belief to a question? He asks more engineers. Asked two more today at separate times about the bed weight question. Both had the same answer. Any weight applied to the bed behind thecenter of gravity and not large enough to overcome the moment of the engine weight forward will carry almost entirely on the back axle.

The points made about the lever and fulcrum as well as the trailer are both correct. But you aren't comparing apples to apples in either of those scenarios. The lever fulcrum thought doesn't take into account the second fulcrum being the front axle. The front axle will always be the pivot point until the moment of the engine weight is overcome. The trailer thought is applying a weight greater then the sand at a moment greater than the sand at the tailgate. It also adds in several other variables like angular momentum one the load is moving that doesn't apply to the sand.

Short answer is that it really doesn't matter where you put it theload is almost the same on the rear axle. Still going to go to the scales on my next weekday off to prove it. The ISTP in me has to have the facts. Lol

    That could work.

Emergency vehicles use a shield around dash mounted strobes.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
My first truck was a 2WD MT DCLB Ranger. Put a cap and boards on it. Three tubes of sand in the bed over the axle. In 200k miles of Michigan winters, I got stuck once. That was an awesome little truck.
