Nice! Although I don't go there much either. It's work and home and that's about it. :D With the occasional trip to the mountains. Although I will be in Anderson Saturday for the GF's best friend's birthday. :bananadead:
    It's sad.

Man, I have felt so bad lately.
Started at Christmas when I didnt get home to visit folks and Gram.
When my vacay days came in Jan, I didnt feel like going to work anymore and ive been off 8 days already.

I feel like I have seasonal depression along with Separation anxiety for not being at work.

feel like im freaking out a bit and im the guy thats like "WTF ever".

Edit: I'm always the guy who if there house is on fire... I would be like. "Well, I guess the house is on fire, I should prob leave."

What a terrible fckng feeling. The anxiety is intense.

The craziest thing that works for me is one session in a tanning bed per month I have it. The 30 mins or so causes it to stop for a while. Exercise helps but the really bad times call for the tanning bed. Idk I guess because it mimicks sun and summer? I have had it so bad before that I end up with insomnia too. Both have fixed it and I haven't had an episode in 2 years now (just jinxed myself now...lol)
