Got the call. I supposedly got the job. Hire in Thursday but I may get transferred to a new location later on. So guess I’m going to have 2 gym memberships as one is the commercial gym and close to the possible job location while the other gym is the strongman style gym that is fun as fuck.

barely made it through this rest day lol. Just wanted to go lift.

So the security is awful at this new job so far in regards to getting me my badge and access. It took them literally all day yesterday to print my badge out (I didn’t get it until this morning) and then when I did get it, they said that it doesn’t activate the elevators but it works for the doors. My desk is on the 11th floor. Luckily I can go down to the 1st floor without needing to badge but I can’t get up. Hoping this is solved tomorrow so I don’t have to climb 11 flights of stairs again

    Yes?
It’s just their food without rice haha. I usually do a burrito bowl anyway but that’s what’s for dinner at home tonight and It was the closest “healthy” option that I know of. Still trying to figure out all the places to eat around here. Lots of options but lots of not great food (burgers, fast food, etc)

What isn’t keto about this? If you don’t add the ranch you’ve got fat and protein. That amount vegetables has ~0 calories/carbs

This salad is 20g of net carbs. When you are limited to 30g of net carbs per day it adds up fast.
Onions and tomatoes are higher carb. I miss tomatoes in my salads.

    The scottish ale too?

The micro I work for just released a cherry sour. I'm really digging it. I'm starting to come around to the sours.

Beers that I don't like, I keep trying. Eventually I feel like my palette will adapt.

I keep trying the BBA stuff but still having a hard time with those.

Typically not my thing, but I’d drink one.

One of my top 5 ever is called Chocolate dark angel from wicked weed’s funkatorium. Chocolate covered cherry sour. Sounds terrible. Tastes Amazing.

In a way, I have. My wife occasionally gets motivated but gives up in 2 weeks if she isn't seeing instant results, and gets so mad that the weight just fell off of me so fast.

Reason being, she's in pretty good shape and eats right, but could maybe stand to cut 15 pounds or so..mainly because her back isn't good.

I was over 100 pounds overweight. Big difference.

Not fully detailed get ready for a competition plans but like tomorrow I want to go mess with the log and farmers carry and stuff. It’s easy to find back day workouts online but are there any plans or ways to attack this stuff? Like do you yoke walk 4 times ? Lol help:laugh:

You can look on starting strongman. I think they may have some plans, but they also offer online training and coaching.

    Or just Google strongman workouts.

Or PM me your email and I'll send you an events day program I have.
