:rofl:Hilarious! Part of the last tank had me doing doughies in the ski area parking lot for about 20 minutes so I'll just plead "incomplete data".

Empty Ski area parking lot doughnies are fun! I say scientific data collected on throttle response and power

What’s up guys, I’m new to this whole hp tuner stuff. I’m old school and have always had a ucon or x1. I currently have a x1 but have added a bunch of more parts I’m sure I can squeeze out more power but the lack of knowledge to tune the x1 or support is gone as some of you know lol. I’m real curious on how this ob2 tuner works? How far can you go into the ecu with this? From what I’ve seen over the years, the stock Ecu is pretty hard to crack into. Also how is support for this? Do you data log some pulls at wot and normal driving, send them away and they email you back some files to download?

You can go as far displaying almost exactly what you want the AFR Gauge to read at any point in time during pedal actuation. The only feature this truck computer does not have pretty much is lean cruise and SD tune capability due to limitations of the actual hardware on the engine.

Yes, it's that easy. Log some pulls and overall running events, send it off to JustDSM and he'll hook you up for a small nominal fee. I promise you'll be much happier than with UCON. HP Tuners is legendary in the big 3s crowd. Now it's huge amongst the Toyota tuning crowd. It's an amazing time to be a Toyota truck owner that's for sure!

With the MPVI2 is the “ pro feature” really necessary? Also is the software easy enough to mess with to where I could raise my revlimiter back up to 6200 then data logg some runs?

It's not necessary but since our AFR sensors top out at 11.9 at the PCM it helps further see how much more rich you are running on the aftermarket wideband you have. It's super easy to raise your rev limiter to 6200. I don't encourage RPMs that high however if you are boosted.

Does anyone know if we have a spare 5v input? Can run WB into HP tuners that way. No need to buy pro link

They are keenly aware of ppl circumventing paying for pro features and do not define the mapping for the 5v inputs.

From a business perspective I get it, from a enthusiast perspective, I want it.

I say, support those who support us.

Are the factory O2s a 5v? Surely you could wire in a pair of uegos and just do custom maths

I have the maths for it and your WB will
Provide the values to enter for the interpretation of its analogue output

Hah nvmd. What a retarded idea. Then the ecu wouldnt know what the fuck to do. And with no VE tables you cant turn OL of CL off

hehe secondary.... obviously, this was for testing purposes to see how your off road only vehicle does from an emissions standpoint :p

Honestly didnt know that texas did emissions testing! Thought they were a "free" state.
