idk man that’s pretty decent for An alu set. Used full steel goes for ~700 if your lucky. Seems like one of you guys would want to jump on them for a light weight protection option over stock!

 

I was kinda hoping this would get buried in the comments for a month

 

I think it's potentially a good price, but it kind of depends on the extent of the "dent". If it's as benign as the seller makes it out to be... the yes, it's a good deal. If it needs to be bent back and fortified, that value is quickly eaten up.

 

Just say "dibs". I'm sure everyone on TW will honor the long standing tradition of "dibs".

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a spare?

 

Damn I never thought something like that would be so hard to get rid of... If they didn't need new uniballs, I'd think about it and just sell mine as-is so I wouldn't have to deal with the process.

 

Most of us carry some sort of an inflation device. Either onboard air or a portable pump. The spare is there in case you get a hole in a tire.

 

Im all honestly I’d be happy with 300 for them. I doubt it would cost too much to do the uniballs and you could even buy a new set of bushings and have a new set for way less than they would cost new

 

Anyone have a 2nd gen long bed oem bed mat available?

 

Yeah myself included, but can't say I've ever deflated a tire just to store it under the bed... In my pre-OBA days I have however needed a spare and once it was out from under the truck it was flat...
