I recently had 6112 and 5160, ome medium leaf pack, and SPC UCAs installed on my 19 LB OR. The truck keeps drifting to the right and I’ve been to 4 different places but no one has been able to get the alignment done right. The truck keeps drifting a bit to the right. The last guy told me it was because the front coil overs were adjusted at different heights (to avoid the lean and that’s how it was recommended to me). Does anyone know of a alignment shop that can fix this?

I learned a long time ago if you want a good burger go to a burger place not a donut shop that makes burgers, having said that you need to find a place that all they do is alignments I know a place here tht all they do is alignments its called BEAR FRAME AND WHEEL in Glendora, Ca just google it

I would also suggest RPM Garage in Monrovia if you're willing to go that far

With an appointment RPM should have the truck out in less than an hour. They specialize in off road vehicles.

I had the same issue as OP. Other alignment shops couldn't get my alignment right with SPC UCAs. Most shops don't know how to work with adjustable UCAs.

got my truck aligned this morning at RPM and they fixed the issue! I would definitely recommend it! I had about 4 other shops take a shot at and nobody could get it right. You’ll see about 20 Toyotas parked outside so this is what they specialize in. I heavily recommend you make an appointment though

Not bad at all. Do you know if RPM adjusted the UCA to get you the caster you wanted?

Reason I ask is because I recently went to alignment shop and they only adjust the lower stuff and only got me 2.8 on each side with Icon Billet UCA even though I wanted as close to 3.5 - 4.0(Owner said he didn't touch the UCA because it doesn't adjust much).

I did OPs install and adjusted his SPC UCAs to add 1 degree of caster before he got the alignment. That most likely explains his high caster and I doubt they had to move them more at RPM to get those numbers.

The billet icon UCAs have a lot of adjustment in them but they’re a pain to adjust because of the way the heim rod ends are located. Icon designed them to be able to be adjusted while on the truck, but a lot of people that aren’t familiar with their adjustment collar will just see a heim joint and assume it needs to be removed from the truck to adjust so they’ll avoid it. I hate doing it personally because there’s hardly any room to get your hand in there and adjust them so I’ll try and adjust them before installing if the customer requests it. Race car parts need race car shops to get all the adjustability you can out of them. Which is why RPM is so popular for modified truck alignments.
