Alot of the aftermarket stock replacement control arms are made in china. I've installed a bunch of Dorman brand arms, they're chinese but they fit with no issues.

This is why i figured i’d ask...my only experience has been with using moog parts and they do not hold up well at all.

Getting ready to install one now on a Ford escape. Complete with bj & bushings but made in Tawian. Not sure if that matters to your buddy.

Busy as usual but I wanted to tell you all about a thread I recently sub'd to.

A friend, (actually we've never met, of course that doesn't matter on here does it) named Joe that some of you likely know as @blackout14 has a beautiful little girl. Her name is Violet, and she is as delicate as the flower. Well, she recently had to undergo surgery for a critical bowl issue. It was so critical they had to medivac the poor little thing to the hospital. Now Joe is a proud man, and an even prouder father, and he's very humble. He's been around a lot longer than most, helping people any way he could along the way. He's never asked one person for anything in return. He's exactly the type of person I want on this forum. Our mods decided to bend their rules (bless their hearts) and allow a Go Fund Me to help Joe and his family with the unexpected cost of a medivac trip. It's going very well but I just thought, knowing how big some of your hearts are, that you would hate to be left out of helping a brother in need, and that you might like to come and say something nice to Joe or Violet.

    Thanks,
    Rob

Yeah i ended up replacing my LCAs with used OEM from another TW member because one or two of my bolts were seized. I just pressed new ball joints into the new ones and that was pretty easy for me to do and it was my first time doing them on any vehicle. I still have my original LCAs in the garage but dont feel like pressing out those bushings. Maybe ill try todo it one of these days if I get bored, theyre just sitting around
