Ahh you live up there too. There's like 4 other members that live in the rim also.

I'm thinking they had the ambulance plugged in and something malfunctioned with it.

My e-brake sticks when it's below freezing and I need to shake the shit out of it to get it unstuck. Not very fun. Seems to happen almost every single time when it's freezing. I think it's due to it being stretched from my life (only ~2.25") Anyone else have this issue? Reroute the line or get an extended cable?

    Stupid ass drum brakes wtf.

Nice, did you pick up a new pinion flange for the t4r elocker? I completely forgot about that and I'm waiting for one to get here now. Going to tear into the front end in the next few days.

This has happened to me twice now, locking the rear diff breaks it free easily. I've also heard a good rap on the drum with a hammer will do the trick.

Not related by funny thing is on the East Coast pretty much nobody will use their parking brake just cause it will freeze. Yet its one of the requirements for the vehicle inspections is to have a functioning E-Brake.

Took some getting used to with the wife and I and our cars (both manuals). Im used to just putting the clutch in and starting it since the e-brake is on while she is used to holding the brake down. There were quite a few times the car would be rolling when i went to start it and then quite a few times the car wouldnt be moving when the wife was trying ot get going from the ebrake

ya that is a weird one! looks like electrical issue in engine bay.

ok so that means you are like 4 blocks from me too. I'm on the street that has the sledding parties for the "kids". Totally not an excuse for adults to drink beer together.

no she doesn't have the guts for that. Just constantly complains about everything on Facebook. I told her I'd pull her car up the hill anytime she wants. If needed. She has a Subaru. Last year the the police showed up and as they approached and saw all the kids they just turned around and walked back to their cars.

On my second gen, I had a few instances of my ebrake sticking in normal weather and I had to take the wheel off and whack the drum with a hammer. Glad i have disks on all 4 corners now, I hated drums

Common issue with the 2nd Gens, i knew a few people with this same issue. They had to take it to the dealer and get it fixed.
