New Lift... Suggestions?

Long and short of the story is I needed to get the height to clear 33's because I was replacing my tires and did not want to spend money twice on 31's and then 33's later on when I lifted my truck. I ended up putting on a readylift 3" lift with spacers and an add-a-leaf. I want to re-do it the correct way now and be done with the spacers and that nonsense and get a better performing suspension. Any suggestions on what brand or set-up I should run to get a 3"-4" lift? I do not have very much knowledge in this area and that's why I am coming to all of you for help. I am not rock crawling in moab with my truck, but its not a mall crawler either. As for budget- I don't wanna blow the bank on this, but I am willing to spend what it takes to get a good suspension lift.

3" is as high as you should go with a coilover lift. If you do the drop bracket type you can go up to 6". The readylift stuff is fine if your not doing alot of wheeling. Check out the OME lift kits. they are good kits and reasonably priced and they ride good on pavement.

 

Old Man Emu is a good choice.

If you want to spend a little less, you can use bilstien 5100s with an add-a-leaf in the back. Probably best bang/buck compromise of anything you could do.

Wait.... how big are those 33s??

 

I'll look into the OME. I know the spacers probably work fine but if i ever do get more serious about wheeling I would rather just have the suspension done right.
The 33's are the nitto terra grapplers so they run 11 inches wide i think and are on 17's. If those are the dimensions you're looking for?
