I sent you a second one. Start with that program, it's better for beginner and understanding how to do it.

It'll say "front yoke carries" but just do them normally

Will do! This is gonna be fun. As for the atlas stones, I’ve been watching a ton of Martins videos. I don’t think the gym even has any tho

    That one sounds interesting.

Yeah I try to not be afraid to try new things. You never know when you’ll find something great even if it sounds not great.

Speaking of supportive partners. I have a 16 miler planned after work. I have to get my ass home ASAP and get out there to get home before its pitch black.

I got my meals for the day logged in on MFP and had everything on the counter ready to assemble for when I get out of the shower.
I get out of the shower and go into the kitchen and I’m being told “Yeah no. So not enough fat content here and too many carbs prerun” which is correct so I had my meals replanned and recounted for me.

Thats a wingman for life right there.

I decided to go with powerblocks. I'm also hopefully a few ebay listings and a birthday away from being able to make a rogue order to put together my home setup.

The instant results dont last IMO. It takes a habit, a routine. Shes got to change her perspective on that to get past it.

Make her watch some of that TV show "the biggest loser" and she will get it figured out that the pounds FALL OFF way faster the heavier that you are, shrug.

I think a routine that she wants to start and stick to will be one she will stay with.

My buddy wants to do chest and tri’s today again but I’m gonna ditch him after and do some strongman stuff. It’s so fun with how raw it is.

Farmers carry and yoke today after a good chest day. Holy fuck. Legs are sore somehow  I video’d it. The whole pushing the yoke with the arms is a weird feeling

    Not bad at all.

That yoke should be 205-215 if I recall correctly. You're almost already at what lightweight novice classes would be on those two events. You'd probably be middleweight though, I think lightweight stops at 165 or something. Middle is usually under 231lbs.

I could cut down to 165 if I needed to but I would be lean lean. Like actually 10% body fat and probably wouldn’t feel as strong.
I did more than video’d but this was for advice/opinions. This stuff is so fun.
