The "65" or "70" is just the sidewall height as a percentage of the tread width, so they would fit just fine. They just might look a little squirrelly when installed on the truck

Why are you thinking about going with that size instead of the standard 265/70/17?

I have wild peak‘s that are on the stock rims and only have 5000 miles on them didn’t want to buy new tires if I didn’t have to. I would like to run these tires until they need to be replaced and then I would go bigger

They will fit. You may want to consider looking on FB Marketplace. I saw a used set of four in Dallas for $400.

I'm almost positive that the TRD SPORT 17" wheels and those TRD PRO 17" wheels are the same size. 17x7.

plenty of people have had great results. I think there were a few issues though, enough that the mods opted to block the link.

I just put the 2021 version of these (4runner TRD Pro) 17" wheels on my new truck. I went with 265/70/17 Michelin LTX A/T2 tires, those are considered around 1" taller (higher) than the OEM 17" tire size offered on the Limited trims (265/65/17). No rubbing at all and would highly recommend.

Ahhh ya, I read your post too quickly. They're 4-RUNNER PRO rims and not TACOMA PRO rims. That's why you were able to get 17".
    Sorry.

Just put 265 70 17 on the TRD PRO wheels in question and so far I love them. Most tires in this size range will fit on rim 7-9" I highly reccomend these wheels because they are not too expensive and they aren't very heavy ~20lbs.67476803-7E04-42F3-9E03-2E493D7D26CB.jpg
