Okay so my hub tamer or my hub grappler should cover it. I have all my measuring tools besides a tape measure at work. Didn't wanna bring my press kits to work just to measure.

Huh I thought RST had the pricing laid out for 1st gen 4wd conversions but I guess not...I know I've seen one somewhere that must have been another company but I don't remember who it was. They source all the parts for you and do the conversion, certainly wasnt as cheap as doing it yourself though. I know a few 2nd gens on here have had their Prerunners converted through RST though

I like those. If I had found a set I would have put them on my 2003, but I ended up with 2012 FJ Cruiser Trail Edition 17" wheels.

    I have mods
My buddy has those on his 3rd gen 4R. I'd go that route too if I could find some for the right price.

dammit, that FF fucked my frame up, i just noticed today
have to wait until Monday morning to get heated garage time, gonna cost perhaps $120 for 3 hours to let some primer cure after i remove the flash rust mess this FF left behind from apparent wash off :(
    DAMMIT

the DIY garage proprietor recommended using POR-15
but the spot on my frame that flash rust seriously popped up is in direct sunlight :( he said sunlight should not matter wtfh

its real fucking embarrassing to drive down the streets with some real bright orange rust covered underneath by the back wheels in plain as day sight
    dammit almighty!

is there anything i can do with it while temps are in the single digits over the next several days :notsure:

should i post out a big HELP me please topic, is this an emergency?

Leave it the fuck alone. Spray some more fluid film on it to keep it from getting any worse. And keep up on that until you reach spring time. any dicking around you try to do with it while you have 15 minutes of clear weather isn't going to help

Corroseal dries very quickly, great over flash rust for converter and as primer.

i should just pull into the damned Toyota dealer garage and park on the floor to fix this shit, if their garage is over 60 degrees ... i would even bring a dropcloth
the DIY garage i have a lift so i don't have to get on my back and knees and beg for mercy from the salt monster :(

btw, it was getting too dark out to take a pix but i can tomorrow
