I'm headed to my folks to throw all the Wagoneer shit together. Dickhead that said he was buying backed out at the last minute. I had already told my folks I was coming to visit...…..I can at least get some pics and list it on the FSJ page and fb marketplace......so not a total loss.

Sucks the buyer backed out. Good on you for helping them out!

I have to pick up girl scout cookies at 1000 on Friday. I also have Honor Guard practice @ 1600 and work @ 2230. Saturday my troop has a cookie booth @ 1200-1500 and at 1800 I'm talking my girls to a memorial for their dad that his MC is having for him that's supposed to end somewhere around 2300-0001. Then Sunday my girls are being models for photographs that my friend is going to be taking for advertisements for her photography studio @ 0800 and then I have to clean out my garage and organize it and if I get done with that in a timely manner I need to finish doing the inside of my house. If I don't get to the house on Sunday it'll be Monday after I am done with training.

So...I need honest opinions/advice. My ex passed away 4 weeks ago. We still have not had a funeral... Hell he's still sitting in a freezer. The doctor who called him dead still has NOT sign the death certificate. All my ex mother-in-law keeps telling me is the hospital tells her are excuses imo. Like "the doctor who called it has been having issues getting into the system", "the doctor isn't sure how to get into the system to sign it", "the site is down", etc.

What should I do? The hospital is no help. Would going to the MEs office or calling the ME light a fire under the doctors ass?

My girls think they won't be able to say bye to their daddy, I can't get them their benefits without the death certificate and I honestly think the excuses we are being told are all bullshit. It shouldn't take 4 weeks to digitally sign a paper so he can at least put him to rest and my girls can say goodbye one final time to their daddy and have some closure.

I'd call the ME and the head of the hospital. Our death certificates are signed as soon as they pass here.

Could the hospital be covering something up that happened during the code? Something sounds off

I'll ask the doc what she thinks.

That's what I was thinking. I'm getting pissed and willing to go hire am attorney.

His mom doesn't think they did anything wrong....I told her I'd that was the case they would at least sign the paper saying he died so we could get him cremated and have a memorial service already. But no......

Something send off and fishy to me too

death certificates are signed by md after passing. Just had to have one come sign one last week. I’m not actually sure who you need to call though. May could try calling the hospital and ask for the patient advocate or house supervisor.

Yeah none of that works. They won't talk to me since his wife signed paperwork to deny any info being released

The MD who needs to sign it isn't. It's been 4 weeks.
