    Mostly hot water to fix pour over coffee when backpacking, but filling the fount with kerosene then emptying back out when done is a pita, so those times I like a little Optimus 8 or 8R or the like. I use these little stoves not only for coffee, but work good for hot cereal, the fount can get warm, so no long term cooking on them. One side of my garage is set up with shelving to hold my collection. I have used one of these at Gold Lake(Lakes Basin) for soup or something a few years back while camping there. So many stoves, so little time.

    Wellllllll, no stove yet. Went into the PO in town, they said they sent another email to Sac, told me they can't so more, not really believing that, has to be someone over them who supervises them. No change to tracking info.
